  • Seconded by the Global Head of Application Development of a leading European bank Claudia was responsible for working on site in London and India to initiate a recruitment campaign for their Global Banking and Markets technology division.

    The recruitment campaign involved researching, assessing and selecting suppliers to form vendor arrangements and initiating a recruitment drive in line with a hiring objective of 147 people over a 12-month period.

    This fast paced project was a success. The achieved deliverables included designing a recruitment model based on the banks’ London practices and India best practice to deliver a successful campaign. A PSL was also formed and a detailed report was produced outlining local trends, agency selection process and candidate push and pull factors in this liquid market.
